Meet The Solace Health Team

I am currently not accepting new clients to ensure I can continue providing the highest level of care to my existing clients. In the meantime, if you're seeking support, either Brooke, our skilled practitioner at Solace Health, or Nicola, our online practitioner, are both available to support you. Melanie Muller
Founder Solace Health & Clinical Naturopath
Clinical Days: Monday, Friday, Saturday
Melanie is passionate about women’s health, with a special focus on infertility, endometriosis, and PCOS. She understands the emotional and physical challenges of conception and is committed to leaving no stone unturned when investigating fertility struggles.

Infertility is rarely caused by one factor. Melanie takes a thorough, investigative approach, looking at hormones, nutrition, gut health, inflammation, and lifestyle factors to ensure nothing is missed. Using functional testing and evidence-based research, she creates personalised plans to support natural conception or complement assisted fertility treatments.

She also has a keen interest in vaginal health including recurring thrush, bacterial vaginosis, PMS, PMDD, and amenorrhoea, ensuring underlying imbalances are properly addressed. She supports women through perimenopause, stress, anxiety, and chronic fatigue, helping them regain energy and balance.

With a young family herself, Melanie finds great joy in supporting children’s health, particularly allergic conditions such as eczema, asthma, food intolerances, and allergies. She understands how these concerns can impact both children and their families and is committed to finding gentle, effective solutions.

Melanie believes in a realistic and balanced approach. Strict diets and extreme wellness trends aren’t the answer. Food should be enjoyed, and health goals need to fit into real life. She values education, empowering people with knowledge about their bodies and staying updated with the latest research.
She loves digging deep, asking the right questions, and piecing together each person’s unique health story. Her approach is kind, empathetic, and thorough, ensuring each client feels heard and supported. She listens carefully to understand not just symptoms but how they impact daily life, creating tailored treatment plans that combine nutrition, lifestyle shifts, and herbal medicine.

Her mission is to help women and children find real and lasting solutions so they can feel strong, balanced, and truly at home in their bodies.

Nicola Burdette
Online Only
Clinical Naturopath
Clinical Days: Tuesday,Thursday & Saturday
Nicola is one of those people who instantly makes you feel at ease, her warmth and energy light up any room. She is an incredibly welcoming and supportive practitioner, dedicated to helping women feel their absolute best. With a deep passion for gut health, hormonal balance, and vaginal wellness, Nicola works closely with conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, IBS, and recurring thrush or bacterial vaginosis, always with a focus on uncovering the root cause rather than just managing symptoms.

She also has a special interest in pregnancy care, supporting women through preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery with a deep understanding of the changes and challenges that come with each stage. Her goal is to make the motherhood journey as smooth, healthy, and empowering as possible.

Nicola is also passionate about gut health and functional testing, recognising that optimal digestive function is critical for overall systemic health. She utilises advanced gut microbiome and functional stool testing to assess bacterial diversity, dysbiosis, inflammatory markers, enzyme activity, and intestinal permeability. This allows her to identify pathogenic overgrowths, deficiencies in beneficial flora, and underlying causes of persistent symptoms such as bloating, IBS, skin conditions, and fatigue.

Nicola takes a thorough yet down-to-earth approach, ensuring that treatment plans feel supportive and achievable rather than overwhelming. She has a deep appreciation for body movement and strength, believing that physical resilience is an essential part of overall well-being. Whether it’s through structured exercise, everyday movement, or simply feeling stronger in daily life, she encourages clients to find joy in moving their bodies in a way that feels good and sustainable.
She is here to listen, guide, and empower, creating a space where you feel truly supported in your health journey.
